David VanFleet
Business Development Manager
David Van Fleet brings a decade’s worth of engineering and management experience to the table. David studied Engineering and Management at Texas A&M University, where his leadership and management capabilities won him the seat of Vice President for the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. By the time he graduated, David had decided to pursue a career in management, which led him to enroll in the MBA program offered by the same institute. To date, he considers himself a lifetime scholar and continues to diversify his expertise and knowledge through various training and certification courses. Despite his busy schedule, David finds time for volunteer work as well as being acting Vice Chairman of Associated Builders and Contractors. He is an active member of the Rising Tide Society and the Young Business Professionals of the Coastal Bend. Both the organizations focus on empowering young talent and providing them better opportunities on the educational and professional grounds.
Tim Maune
Operations Manager
Tim Maune’s experience and responsibilities at Rollcon include quality control of RCC, surveying, pervious concrete, cement-treated base, asphalt millings and conventional concrete. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Tim Maune brings extensive knowledge and training in pavement materials and design, soil mechanics, civil engineering materials, concrete design, and geodesy. His skills in project planning, construction management, quality control and customer service ensure projects are completed on time and within budget and that client requirements and goals are met. Some of Maune’s recent Rollcon projects include the Bella Vista residential development, Pioneer Natural Resources pumping services facility, Martin Midstream crude oil terminal, S&B Engineers & Constructors modular fabrication facility, and the SEC Energy Products & Services assembly plant.
James "Brandon" Lancaster
Brandon has over 24 years of technical experience and project management supervision. He began his construction career in the United States Air Force, where he rose to the rank of Master Sergeant He has managed and supervised over 22 major construction project in the US and the Middle East and placed over 1 million cubic yards of concrete. Brandon is currently focused on delivering the largest residential RCC paving project in the United States which includes, 3.4 million square feet of RCC pavement. Some other recent projects include; Kansas City Southern-Intermodal Facility, Buzzi Unicem Cement Terminal, City of Temple, TX street rehabilitation project and Chevron-Phillips Chemical Plant.
